The Molecular sieve to VOCs, our most recent product development, is a molecular sieve designed for the removal of volatile organic compound (VOCs) from water.
It is both hydrophobic as well as organophilic. This makes it ideal for the removal and separation of VOCs in industrial exhaust gases.
It is stable in thermal stability and hydrothermal strength, has a uniform pore and adsorption/desorption speed, low combustion and many other benefits that could be used to replace conventional carbon materials such as activated carbon or activated Carbon fiber. ).
Three-dimensional medium microporous channels with medium dimensions have been created. These are suitable for the adsorption small to medium molecular VOCs of molecular sieve sizes less than 0.55nm. But they do not work well for larger molecular OOCs. Typical VOCs applicable to this product include: toluene, xylene, styrene, hexane, cyclohexane, acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, phenol, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, etc.
