1. Roasting decomposition method:
Mix the mixture in a bowl for 3 hours. Keep it at 57-60C. Keep the mixture at room temperature for 16 hour. Ammonium-tungstate is made when hydrogen sulfuride gas reacts with ammonium. Ammonium Tetrathiotungstate results. Ammonium Tetrathiotungstate can be heated to create tungstenoxide.

3. By heating the ammonium-tetrathiotungstate and decomposing it, under the condition that the air is isolated, the temperature increases from room to 700 to 1200. It must stay at ambient temperature for at least 24 hours before the temperature can be reduced. After that, it will drop to ambient temperature at a temperature gradient of between 30-110degC/hour. The temperature drops to 30-110degC/hour when it's been left at room temperatures between 24-48 hours.
Ultrafine and extremely fine tungsten dioxide are produced. This process is very safe for the environment.
