Preparation method of calcium stearate by saponification
Using the same ratio of CaCl and NaOH, add dispersant and emulsifier to the reactor. Stir the mixture to obtain the emulsion. Add stearic acids and catalysts to the emulsion and maintain the temperature constant. Calcium stearate is formed by the reaction between stearic hydroxide and calcium acid. The final step is to add n-octanol to a modified polyvinyl-alcohol aqueous (concentration of 10%), stir to react for 0.5-20s, cool quickly to room temperature and then perform high-speed dispersion at 10-30 minute intervals.
