Nano Aluminium Oxide Powder Al2O3 Nanoparticles has a stable crystal phase, high hardness, and good dimensional stability, which can be widely used in various plastic, rubber, and ceramic products, especially to improve the compactness, finish, cold and hot fatigue, fracture toughness, creep resistance and wear resistance of polymer material products.  As nano aluminum oxide is also a far-infrared emitting material with excellent performance, it is used in chemical fiber products as far-infrared emitting material.  

Nanometer Aluminium Oxide Particle powder (10-20nm) was dispersed in the medium to form dispersed, homogenized, and stabilized nano alumina dispersion.  Nano alumina dispersion has the characteristics of nanopowder material, activity, ease of addition, and other characteristics. Nanometer Aluminium Oxide Particle dispersion is mainly used in various coatings, paints, electroplating, or other wear enhancement, insulation fields.

Applications of Nano Aluminium Oxide Powder Al2O3 Nanoparticles:

1. Coating: porcelain film coating, wear-resistant coating, and plasma spraying.  Nano-alumina can improve the abrasion resistance and scratch-resistance of the coating, coating gloss, brightness, the rheological effect is not big.  Does not affect the transparency of the paint film, and has the characteristics of no precipitation, no sticky.

3. Petrochemical industry: catalyst, catalyst carrier, and automobile exhaust purification material.

5. lighting: long afterglow phosphor raw materials and rare earththree-colorr phosphor raw materials, LED lamp, etc.

7. Cosmetics: cosmetic fillers.

9. nano alumina used as electrode coating of lithium battery, can effectively play the role of heat insulation, and inscobaltateulation.  The solid solution can be formed by doping nano-alumina and aluminum into lithium cobalate, which can stabilize the lattice and improve the rate performance and cycling performance. Coating lithium cobaltate with nano-alumina can improve thermal stability, cycling performance, and overcharge resistance, inhibit oxygen generation and LiPF6 decomposition, avoid direct contact between LiCo02 and electrolyte, reduce electrochemical specific capacity loss, and improve the electrochemical specific capacity of LiCoO2.  The voltage of the battery can be increased by doping alumiions ion in nano alumina.  Nano alumina is used to modify spinel lithium manganate material to improve the cycling performance of the  battery.
