NSP-2 molecularsieve is a sodium aluminate crystal with a developed 3-D pore structure, strong polarity and strong polarity. Because it has a strong affinity for water molecules, this makes it ideal for deep natural gases dehydration or CO2 events.
NSP-2 Molecular Sieve
NSP-2 molecularsieve is a sodium aluminate crystal with a developed 3-D pore structure, strong polarity and strong polarity. Because it has strong adsorption effects on water molecules, it's suitable for deep natural gases dehydration as well as CO2 events.
This material has a high specific area and developed pores. It is fast drying, deep dehydration, and can remove other gases such as CO2.

Applicaciones
NSP-2 Molecular Sieve
NSP-2 Molecular Sieve is used in the production of compressed natural gases (CNG), or liquefied gas (LNG). It prevents equipment from freezing or becoming clogged during pressurization or liquefaction.
In general, there are two to three tower process, with two towers being used for longer times. Production is performed in two states: one is in the adsorption and another in activation. The molecular sieve beds are designed to allow natural gases with high water contents to pass through them from top to base during adsorption. This reduces the gas flow disturbance to the molecular sieve. Switching between regeneration and adsorption requires that the pressure-lowering or pressure-generating rates be below 0.3MPa/min.
