What is Nitinol alloy? Alloys Ni-Ti -NOEL contain 50% nickel and 50% titanium. Nickel and titanium are equally distributed and each is allocated half of the time. It is possible to adjust its temperature range by changing the composition. The temperature at which the memory alloys can operate is affected by the amount of nickel in the Ni-TiEL alloys. The memory alloys are able to work at room temperatures when the nickel content exceeds 55 percent and the titanium content exceeds 45 percent. Memory alloy functions are used by people to make pearl necklaces or bracelets made of memory alloy lines. Wearing these medical and decorative products will affect the curvature of the human body and restore stiffness. Ni-Ti–NOEL alloys are also useful in making orthodontic wires that can be adjusted to correct any deformities.

Limitations in Ni-Tii-N Alloy
Always there are impurities, such as Ti2NiOx and Nitinol. Metals can contain impurities, which are not possible to separate. The distribution and types of impurities can be controlled. While some impurities could theoretically affect Nitinol's metallic fatigue, there have been no studies to prove this. Nitinol has another major drawback: it can be difficult to weld with other materials. The laser welding of Nitinol is now a very common procedure. There has been significant research into welding other techniques and welding with different metal alloys.

Ni-Ti–N alloy can be used
The Nitino plate has a lot of appeal because it offers a great deal of design flexibility. It can be designed into a plane, then shaped to make equipment. The plates can be produced with a precise thickness tolerance and uniform thickness control over the entire surface. High process capacity allows for process optimization and automated downstream processes. Predictable final dimensions will be achieved by consistent initial thickness and controlled post processing. Nitinol's disadvantage is its radiopaque nature. You must have the correct ability to position or place the stent within the body. For improved radiation opacity, Nitinol equipment is often equipped with various marking systems for precious metals like platinum.
