This stainless steel powder, 17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation hardening steel which can be used to make shafts or parts for steam turbines. Particle sizes: 0-45mm, 0-53mm, 15-40mm, 15-20-53mm, 10-15-53mm, 30-45mm, 40-105mm.

About Stainless Steel Powder 17.4PH Metal Powder:

Characteristics of powder: low oxygen content and uniform particle size distribution make powder very useful in powder metalurgical and 3D printing.

Application Process: This powder is suitable for use in the following processes: Laser/electron-beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), DLD (laser direct deposition), HIP (powder hot isostatic press), metal injection molding, MIM (metal injection molding) and others.

Applicable equipment.Powder may be used with a variety of 3D printers made from metal, such as Renishaw, EOSINT M Series in Germany and Concept Laser. Also, it can be used by laser melting equipment and research institutes within the country. The research and development of select laser melting equipment like Platinum, Huaying, and many others.

Iron-based powders used for 3D printing thin-walled components and intricate parts.

Product Specifications: 0, 45, 53, 15, 45, 55, 60, 75, 85, 90, 95, and 105 mm. (All types of granular metallic powders can be custom made to suit customer's needs.
