In all my life my dad never cared.
Never had a thing to share I swear.
When I was five he was gone over seas.
He left behind my mom and me.
That's right.
And it makes no sense if you cry.
But it makes me wonder why.
I do these things.
It's not me it's you.
And it makes me mad to see my mom in pain.
35 years of stupid games with him.
But by his side she kept her pride.
Gave her love to the Lord above.
You tell me where did you go.
My mother you taught me life and to grow.
I'm older now on my own.
Still I can't figure out as I look into the mirror.
